    This course is exactly what I’ve been needing to understand what triggers are, why they happen, and I can’t wait to finish the course to understand it a little better. Truth be told, here lately I haven’t understood why I’ve blamed my husband so much for my pain and he’s recently become my best friend. I learned that so much of my pain has stemmed from the emotional hurt from my childhood. I very much emotionally detached from him not knowing how to truly let go and just love him. I never knew it was fear of being hurt again so I would hurt him before he could hurt me.
